Growing up in Saco, Maine, I never acclimated to the cold weather and somehow  knew I was destined to live in a warmer climate. So, after earning my Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University and checking out Texas, I relocated to Venice, Florida in 1997 to raise a family and began my real estate career, never looking back!

I began selling residential real estate and learning the industry from the ground up with my partner and mother, Lorette Richard. Together, we were soon established as one of the area's most recognized mother and daughter teams. Since those years of learning from the best, I've sold over $200 million in real estate and achieved over 80% repeat and referral business. In 2024, I celebrate my 23rd year with RE/MAX Alliance Group, landing in the President's Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the Lifetime Achievement Award and Platinum Club honors by selling over $7M in residential real estate each year.
